Orlando’s experience in the business of risk management began in 1988 when he joined the British army and volunteered for a long operational tour in Northern Ireland in an infantry unit. This background gave him a unique grounding in anti-terrorist operations. After that he joined his unit’s Reconnaissance Platoon where he undergone complete training in small unit warfare.
